Adv. Aswar Al-Hawamdeh joined Amosh Legal Services & Arbitration in 2018 and possesses extensive legal experience in litigation and representing clients before various Jordanian courts. She has distinguished practical expertise in managing and handling litigation files and legal procedures, together with solid experience in civil and criminal litigation procedures across all stages and levels of proceedings.
She also has experience in corporate matters and commercial legal affairs, including company incorporation, corporate restructuring, corporate governance, and drafting and reviewing commercial contracts and agreements, in addition to providing legal advice related to commercial and regulatory matters. Adv. Al-Hawamdeh has gained notable experience in cases relating to companies, commercial transactions, and shareholder disputes, particularly economic and financial crimes of various types, as well as complex civil and commercial litigation. She also has experience in disputes arising from financial brokerage agreements and the related claims and legal proceedings.
Her expertise further extends to administrative litigation and challenging administrative decisions before the Administrative Court, including disputes related to public employment matters, decisions issued by regulatory and supervisory authorities, licensing matters, tenders, and issues connected to procedures and decisions issued by governmental and administrative bodies.
