Established in the year 2000 by our founding and managing partner Dr. Ibrahim Amosh and is now one of the leading law firms in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. In the past twenty years, we have gained profound knowledge in local legislation and provided a wide variety of legal services in the many different areas of the law. Areas of practice include litigation, arbitration, corporate and commercial, banking and finance, telecommunications, legal audit, intellectual property and employment. On a corporate and commercial level, the Firm conducted many legal due diligence reports, incorporated companies and overlooked various joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions.

The Firm also has long practice and experience in litigation before all levels of Jordanian courts. We have handled a large number of lawsuits that vary in nature civil, criminal and administrative. Our founding and managing partner Dr. Ibrahem Amosh enjoys extensive experience in the arbitration field and has personally presided as head or member of various arbitration cases. In fact, Dr. Amosh is currently a member of the Permanent International Court of Arbitration – The Hague.
